  • EMECash is applicable on the net price before taxes.
  • EMECash is non-transferable & non-refundable.
  • EMECash cannot be used with Cashback Offers or Promo Codes.
  • EMECash cannot be used in case of any upgrade or change to lens features.
  • New user is the one who has never placed any order on EyeMyEye. Old user is the one who has placed at least one order with EyeMyEye.
  • EyeMyEye reserves the right to change the terms of usage of EMECash or the burn conditions from time to time.
  • EyeMyEye holds the right to expire/cancel all/partial promotional EMECash granted to user/s owing to terms misuse; on falsifying contact details, and/or at their sole discretion; at any point in time without any prior notice. In all such cases, no refund shall be paid.
How to Earn EMECash

1. New User Sign Up

  • New User Sign Up Bonus from EyeMyEye Website/Msite – Rs. 100 EMECash.
  • Simply register/sign up on EyeMyEye website/msite to earn EMECash & save on every purchase.

How To Use EMECash

Select the EMECash check box at the checkout page to use eligible EMECash on your order. Here are the steps:

  • Sign up or Sign in on EyeMyEye & add your favorite products to cart.
  • On the checkout page, click the ‘EMECash’ check box to utilize the available EMECash in your account.
  • Pay remaining amount using any other available prepaid mode of payment.
T&Cs of Earn/Burn/Cancellation/Return

1. Terms & Conditions on Earning EMECash

  • During any promotional offer, you will earn EMECash subject to policies mentioned under that particular promotion.
  • The usage, validity restrictions of the particular promotions would apply to the EMECash earned during that particular promotion.

2. Terms & Conditions on Using/Burning EMECash:

  • You can use up to 1% EMECash, Max Upto Rs.1000 on every time you place an order on EyeMyEye.
  • EMECash cannot be used/clubbed with Cashback Offers or Promo Codes.

3. Terms & Conditions on Cancellation of Order:

  • In the event of cancellation of your order, the promotional EMECash will not be credited back to the original mode of payment. For example, if the total order value is Rs. 1300 in which Rs. 1000 is net price on which EMECash of Rs. 1000 is applied, then refund would be Rs. 300 only.

4. Terms & Conditions on Return of Order:

  • In case customer does not like the product delivered or has issues like size, dimensions, color etc., he would get full refund only for the value of money paid by the user. EMECash amount paid by the user is non-refundable under any circumstance. User cannot claim another product in place of existing product to be delivered with same value of EMECash used as in case of previous order delivered to customer.
  • EyeMyEye does not have a replacement policy. EyeMyEye only offers Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Important Things to Note
  • Every transaction where you use EMECash as a mode of payment, will be validated through your EyeMyEye username, password and/or a unique OTP or a transaction password sent on your mobile number.
  • EMECash is eyemyeye.com’s virtual currency and a part of marketing promotions.
  • EyeMyEye reserves the right to amend, modify, extend, reduce, terminate, update or withdraw EMECash at any time without any notice. Upon such premature suspension, inconvenience, cessation, withdrawal, termination or closure, no person shall be entitled to claim loss of any kind whatsoever.
  • In case of any disputes, the decision by EyeMyEye will be final.

  • How will I know that I have earned a certain amount of EMECash?

    You can check your EMECash transactions under EMECash Wallet/Summary tab on your Dashboard/Profile. Additionally, we will notify you via SMS/notification/e-mail every time promotional EMECash is credited to your EMECash Wallet.

  • Does EMECash come with any validity?

    The validity of your EMECash earned generally varies from 1 to 30 days depending on the promotional offers running at that point in time. You can view the expiry date of your EMECash earned on the EMECash Wallet/Summary page. In addition to the same, all EMECash earned will expire on 30th June & 31st December as a part of the biannual update.

  • How do I check my EMECash Wallet balance?

    To see your EMECash Wallet balance, simply log in to your EyeMyEye account. Go to My Account/Dashboard and click on EMECash Wallet/Summary to check your balance.

  • Can I transfer EMECash to my bank account?

    No, EMECash cannot be transferred to your bank account. It will remain in your EMECash Wallet and can only be used on EyeMyEye.

  • Can I transfer EMECash to my friend’s EMECash Wallet?

    As of now, EMECash earned in one EMECash Wallet account cannot be transferred to another EMECash Wallet account.

  • Are my account details safe with EyeMyEye?

    Yes. Your account is completely safe with eyemyeye.com. We use HTTPS secured platform. However, EyeMyEye shall not be liable for any hacking or unauthorized use of your account and it shall be your sole responsibility to ensure privacy and confidentiality of your account details. In case of any disputes, EyeMyEye decision will be final.
