Our lenses are custom-made for you. Once cut with your specific power & fitted in your desired frame, we cannot reuse the lenses again for anyone else. However, we really want you to be 100% happy with our products and services, which is why here’s a simplified cancellation policy for you.

Once your request is placed. You will receive an Email with all the necessary details. Any refund applicable will be made as per the Refund Policy.

To cancel your full order, follow either one of the options below:
  • Log In/Sign In:

    Visit ‘My Orders’ section & click on ‘Cancel Order’ to proceed with complete order cancellation.

  • Contacting Our Customer Care:

    Users can connect with our Customer Care Executives an e-mail
    to helpdesk@eyemyeye.com to request cancellation.

Note: Cancellation is not allowed if the products are already dispatched.
Currently, partial cancellations are not allowed. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.

Offer Specific Cancellations

In case you’ve availed any offer while placing your order, make sure you go through the entire Terms & Conditions of the specific offer before initiating a cancellation request.

Unethical Purchase Policy

We endeavor to ensure a purchase or an offer is completely fool-proof, however, in case of unethical purchase, the below policy terms may come into effect.

  • EyeMyEye will not be liable to pay any refund to the customer/s in case if any purchase is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes. All such orders will be cancelled whatsoever.
  • Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/cancelling the same; Under this circumstance, EyeMyEye reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee (which could also be entire order amount) from the user if similar charges are also borne by EyeMyEye.
  • In case of misuse of “EMECash” by a customer by falsifying his/her Email Id or Mobile Number; EyeMyEye will cancel the order and no refund will be paid.

EyeMyEye.com Return Policy

At EyeMyEye, we believe in a multi-layer quality check process so that you don’t have to face any inconvenience at all.

In a rare-event, if you don’t like what you’ve received, you can freely return the order within 14 days of receiving the same. We will not charge any additional amount from you within this period.

How to Raise A Return Request:

Customers can raise a return request for Eyeglasses & Sunglasses orders by following either one of the steps below:

  • Sign In/Log In: Visit “My Orders” section & go to specific order to “Request Return”.
  • Send an email to helpdesk@eyemyeye.com .

What Happens Once I Raise A Return Request?

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of the product pick-up.

All you need to do then, is pack the order including packing material, invoice, all accessories and keep it ready for pick up.

My Order Is Picked Up. What Happens Now?

Once picked up by the courier partner, it takes about 1-3 days for the order to come back to us.

Our QC team will then check the product/s & once we are assured that all the items have been sent back and no damage is found / no accessory is missing, we will initiate the refund. This will take about 2-5 days.

I’ve Received A Broken Pair Of Eyewear. What Can I Do?

While we strive hard to avoid any mishap during the entire packaging to delivery process, yet, if you’ve received a damaged pair, we request you to inform our customer care as soon as you find out.

Ideally, damage-requests can only be taken up to 24 hours. Customers are requested to share an email with us on helpdesk@eyemyeye.com stating the damage & we will ensure a quick pick up.

You can then place a fresh order with us.

I received a partial/empty parcel! What Can I Do?

If a customer receives an empty/partial parcel of their order then he/she needs to inform the customer support team within 24hrs of the delivery.

Do note that if the packaging has been already opened/tampered with at the time of delivery and the customer still accepts it, Eyemyeye is not liable in such scenarios.

Request for a refund/replacement due to damage after 14 days of delivery.

To initiate this process the customer has to follow the below steps.

  • Customer has to share the images of the product. Our team will then validate the images and decide if the product is eligible for return.
  • Once our team gives you the go-ahead based on the images, the customer has to send back the product to us via any local courier.
  • After receiving the product by courier, our team will conduct Quality Checking (QC). If a manufacturing defect is found, then we will process the refund for the product, including courier charges up to Rs 75.
  • If no manufacturing defect is found by our QC team, EyeMyEye is not liable to send back the product to the customer and will not refund the courier charges.
  • If the customer still wishes that the product is returned, he/she needs to bear the cost of courier charges.

Return Policy For Contact Lenses:

  • In case you wish to return Contact Lenses, its box & the lenses inside the box must not be opened.
  • It will still be non-returnable if you've opened the box however, the lenses inside are unused.
  • Return is only possible if the box and the lenses inside the box are still sealed and accessories, warranty/instruction papers are still intact.
  • Contact lenses cannot be returned/refunded if their packaging has been opened/tampered.

Offer Specific Returns

  • In accordance with the above rules, kindly refer to the offer’s detailed T&Cs page to know the specific return rules of that particular offer.
  • Returns are allowed under EMECash Offer (subject to specific offer details).

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

Complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days. This includes time for inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.

I Paid Via COD For The Order. How Will I Get My Refund?

As mentioned above, if valid, we will initiate your refund in your bank account. Our Customer Care will get in touch with you to get your complete Bank Account Details for the transfer.

Can My Refund Be Denied?

Not if all the terms & conditions are met however,

  • In case of Eyeglasses/ Prescription Sunglasses, no return/refund will be offered if wrong prescription values are entered at the time of order placement.
  • If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; EyeMyEye reserves the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user.

Category-Specific Additional Refund Guidelines

Contact Lenses
Return/Refund is only possible if the box packaging and the lenses inside the box are still sealed and any additional accessories, warranty/instruction papers are still intact.

Return/Refund cannot be processed if:

  • The box packaging has been opened/tampered.
  • The box & the elements inside the box (lenses) are opened.
  • The lenses inside are unused but the box is opened.

Ray-Ban / Oakley / Vogue Eyewear
Refund for Vogue, Oakley & Ray-Ban Eyewear will be processed manually and might affect the refund timelines.

Once the product is picked up & reaches our warehouse, our quality team will ensure that there is no post-delivery damage to the product, its packaging, warranty card/s, case & other accessories. Post which the refund will be processed.

Warranty On EyeMyEye Products:

  • Up to One Year Conditional Warranty is applicable on Eyeglasses & Power Sunglasses category. Warranty is valid only on breakage / cracks on Frame Body Around Lenses. Warranty does not cover temples & hinge-related damages.
  • The actual warranty period is mentioned on the lens selection page.
  • Six months warranty is offered on Computer Glasses category.
  • No warranty is offered on Reading Glasses, Color Blind Glasses & Sunglasses category.
  • Warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
  • Under this warranty, defective/damaged lens coating will also be covered.
  • This warranty is not applicable on damages resulting from any sort of negligence, mishandling, accidents, corrosion or rust, and loss of components or accessories on the customer's part.
  • This warranty is valid only when you buy through Eyemyeye.com.
  • A product will only be replaced by Eyemyeye on its sole discretion depending on the nature of defects.
  • Eyemyeye will not be responsible for the warranty of products by other sellers/brands.
  • Eyemyeye will not be accountable for payments or refund against any incidental or consequential damages.
  • Up to One Year Conditional Warranty is applicable on EyeMyEye Sunglasses. Only covers manufacturing defects.

Warranty on Contact Lenses:

Warranty is provided by the brand/seller.
