Terms Of Reserving Your Eyeglasses
- Reserving Fee of Rs. 29 will be charged by EyeMyEye. The same will be reduced from the final price that the customer pays at the store.
- The reservation period for the spectacles will be 7 days. Post that the selected spectacles might not be available. The free eye test and YOPO offer will continue to be available till the customer visits the selected store.
- Eye Test at store will be Free. [Limited to only one visit, at the time of purchase, for the customer & family members (Upto total 4 persons)]
- There’s a 7-day reservation cancellation period post which reservation fee will be non-refundable.
- Customers will get branded Premium KODAK lenses as a part of the YOPO offer with their purchase(s).
- Customer can upgrade the lens or choose another frame at the store based on the guidance of the expert optician.
- Offer includes Premium Kodak lenses with following features as standard: 100% UV Protection, Blue Light Protection, Anti-reflective Coating.
- Any other brand’s lens is not included in the offer.
- On International Frames / Brands, the lenses will be worth 0.6 times of the frame value, e.g. if frame value is Rs. 10,000, Lens value will be 10000*0.6=Rs 6000.
- On Sunglasses, the consumer can get prescription lenses added to the frame under YOPO offer.
- Customer will have to show reservation confirmation coupon at the store.
- The reservation coupon is only valid at selected stores.
- There is a 14-day return policy for all customers.
