  • I DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT TO DO?

    In case of No Payment Failure:

    If you have not received any email/SMS confirmation kindly wait for an hour after placing the order. If the email still doesn't arrive, kindly give us a call at our customer care numbers mentioned above.

    In case of Failed Payment:

    Please try placing the order again. In case your money is deducted, the same will refunded within 7-10 days.

  • I PLACED A WRONG ORDER. PLEASE HELP.

    It’s okay. You can cancel your current order and place a fresh one. We will refund you for the payment you've made on the incorrect order. If possible, kindly cancel your order before dispatch.

    You can connect with our customer care team in case you face any issues.

  • I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM CUSTOMER CARE.

    Additionally, you can monitor the progress of the shipment using the tracking ID/AWB number provided by the courier company on Track Order Tab.

    You will find this information in your account's dashboard when you log-in to view your orders.

    Yes, we do provide itemized receipts on all purchases. You can also sign-in to check the same under My Orders – View Details section in your account when your order is delivered.

  • DO YOU HAVE REPLACEMENT POLICY?

    As of now, we do not offer any replacements.

    However, in case if you have received a damaged product, kindly inform us on the date of delivery itself so that we can take further action. Any later, a Return Request will have to be placed post receiving the order.

  • DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA AS WELL?

    Currently, we only ship products Pan India.
