EyeMyEye.com Cancellation Policy

Our lenses are custom-made for you. Once cut with your specific power & fitted in your desired frame, we cannot reuse the lenses again for anyone else. However, we really want you to be 100% happy with our products and services, which is why here’s a simplified cancellation policy for you.

Once your request is placed. You will receive an Email/SMS with all the necessary details. Any refund applicable will be made as per the Refund Policy.

To cancel your full order, follow either one of the options below:

    Visit ‘My Orders’ section & click on ‘Cancel Order’ to proceed with complete order cancellation.

    send an e-mail to support@eyemyeye.com to request cancellation.

Note: Cancellation is not allowed if the products are already dispatched.
Currently, partial cancellations are not allowed. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.

Offer Specific Cancellations

In case you’ve availed any offer while placing your order, make sure you go through the entire Terms & Conditions of the specific offer before initiating a cancellation request.

Unethical Purchase Policy

We endeavor to ensure a purchase or an offer is completely fool-proof, however, in case of unethical purchase, the below policy terms may come into effect.

  • EyeMyEye will not be liable to pay any refund to the customer/s in case if any purchase is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes. All such orders will be cancelled whatsoever.
  • Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/cancelling the same; Under this circumstance, EyeMyEye reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee (which could also be entire order amount) from the user if similar charges are also borne by EyeMyEye.
  • In case of misuse of “EMECash” by a customer by falsifying his/her Email Id or Mobile Number; EyeMyEye will cancel the order and no refund will be paid.

EyeMyEye Refund Policy

At EyeMyEye, we conduct a multi-layer quality check process so that you don’t have to face any inconvenience at all. We are dedicated to offering you products of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you aren't completely satisfied with our product, you can ask for a refund for EyeMyEye house brands' eyeglasses and sunglasses within 7 days of receiving your order.

With the following exceptions, we allow refunds:

  • Eyewear: [Eyeglasses, Sunglasses, Reading/Computer Glasses, Power Sunglasses]

    Refunds are not accepted for products featuring any of the following:

    - Frame or lens scratches that did not exist at the time of delivery. To make sure that the product gets to you in great condition, we conduct a thorough quality check.

    - Product mishandled after delivery, with evident intentional damage to the product that has damaged it.

    - An eyewear case or other type of packing is damaged, torn, or otherwise not in the same condition as when it was delivered.

  • Contact lenses: These can only be returned within 7 days after being purchased provided they are unused and still in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Accessories (Lens cleaner, contact lens solution, Eye Health gummies, etc.): Accessories are not eligible for refunds.
  • Blink Membership: This membership cannot be refunded once it has been purchased.
  • Buy One Get One products: BOGO Products are eligible for the 7-Day Return Policy. However, a user cannot partially return his or her order and will have to return both products to get a refund.
  • EME Luxe Products: For all international brands, we adhere to the global standards. International brands or EME Luxe products are not eligible for the 7 days, no-questions-asked return policy.

I received a broken/damaged parcel! What Can I Do?

If a customer receives an empty/broken parcel of their order then he/she needs to inform the customer support team within 24hrs of the delivery. Do note that if the packaging has been already opened/tampered with at the time of delivery and the customer still accepts it, Eyemyeye is not liable to refund any amount in such scenarios. In any other case, the customer would only be provided with a replacement with the same model (if available) or similar and not a refund.

The Return Process

EyeMyEye offers a Free Pick-up service in most cities. Customers can raise a return request for Eyeglasses & Sunglasses orders by following either one of the steps below:

  • Sign In/Log In: Visit the “My Orders” section & go to the specific order to “Request Return”.
  • Call EyeMyEye Customer Care at 08069051111 or send an email to support@eyemyeye.com with order details.

After a return request is initiated, we would schedule a pick-up at your location. within the next two to five days. The customer should keep the products and all of their respective accessories ready for pickup. Once the product is received at our warehouse and has passed the required quality checks, the refund will be processed.

4. Initiating the refund (typically takes 2 days)

A refund typically takes 10–12 days to reach you after the refund is initiated.

Warranty On EyeMyEye Products:

  • Up to One Year Conditional Warranty is applicable on EyeMyEye Sunglasses, Eyeglasses & Power Sunglasses. The actual warranty period is mentioned on the lens selection page and only covers the following manufacturing defects.

  • A six month warranty is offered in the Computer Glasses category.
  • No warranty is offered on Reading Glasses & Colour Blind Glasses category.
  • The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty is not applicable on damages resulting from any sort of negligence, mishandling, accidents, corrosion or rust, and loss of components or accessories on the customer's part.
  • This warranty is valid only when you buy through Eyemyeye.com.
  • A product will only be replaced by Eyemyeye at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the defects.
  • Eyemyeye will not be accountable for payments or refund against any incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty on Contact Lenses:

Warranty is provided by the brand/seller. For any product issues reach out to the seller/brand.

Warranty on Brands:

Eyemyeye will not be responsible for the warranty of products by other sellers/brands. For any product issues reach out to the seller/brand.
