Pick-Up Guidelines:
Once you place the order for the lenses of your choice, we will collect your frames from your doorstep. Please ensure to place your eyeglasses’ frame in a protective eyewear case before handing it over to the pick-up agent. EyeMyEye will not be responsible for damage/s caused to the eyeglasses during the transit [to & fro], if the user fails to encase their eyeglasses in a protective eyewear case.
Cancellation Policy:
Once the frame has been picked up from your location, the order cannot be canceled.
Return/Replacement Policy:
Note: Lenses once purchased cannot be returned. Only one-time replacement is allowed within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.
You can replace your lenses within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery if you have received lenses that –
- Are scratched
- Are damaged or broken
- Have a wrong prescription power
- Have a fitting issue
- Have Improper/Wrong Coating
The eyeglasses will be picked-up again & sent back to our Warehouse where the Quality Team will cross-verify the issue. In case any error is detected, we will replace your lenses with new ones completely free of charge.
Procedure To Raise Your Replacement Request:
Write us an email at support@email.eyemyeye.com with a brief detail of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once we receive your mail, our team will reach out to you within 24 to 48 hours.
Warranty Policy on Lenses:
