Rs.100 up to Rs.1500 Amazon Gift Card

1:- Get a Minimum of Rs 100 – up to Rs1500 Amazon Gift Cards on all orders.

2:- Customers need to place an order on EyeMyEye.com.

3 :- Customers can start filling the form 14 days after the product delivery. 

4:- The customer must share his or her valid e-mail ID, as the voucher will be shared on the email ID registered with EyeMyEye. If the e-mail ID entered by a customer while placing the order is not valid, the customer will not receive the voucher.

5:- If the customer fails to fill the form within 30 days of product delivery, he/ she will not be eligible for the Amazon Gift Card. For example, if the customer receives the product on the 1st of July, they can fill out the form anytime between the 16th July to 30th of July.

6:- Amazon Gift Card will be sent within 5 days of filling the form.
