2. Valid on Eyeglasses,Sunglasses and Contact Lenses.
3. Offer is valid on EyeMyEye Desktop, Msite & App.
4. Valid on all payment modes.
5. Users will have to bear Convenience Charge at checkout, if applicable.
6. Offer valid till 30th June (23:59 hours).
7. EyeMyEye reserves the right to cancel the orders in case we find out that the product is not bought by end consumer.
8. EyeMyEye reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer, any time at the sole discretion of the Management.
9. No customer is allowed to place more than 4 orders in a span of 24 hours with his/her registered e-mail id/ phone number on EyeMyEye. Any/all such orders will be cancelled with no prior intimation to the customer.

12. Customers need to place an order on EyeMyEye.com.
13. Customers have to fill out the form 14 days after the product delivery. 
14. If the customer fails to fill the form within 30 days of product delivery, he/ she will not be eligible for the Amazon Gift Card. For example, if the customer receives the product on the 1st of July, they can fill out the form anytime between the 15th to the 30th of July.
15. Amazon Gift Card will be sent within 5 days of filling the form.
