Claiming Your Cashback

2. If the order is Prepaid, you can claim the cashback instantly.
3. If the order is placed under payment mode ‘Cash on Delivery’ you can claim the cashback after your order is delivered.
4. The cashback claim button will be active in your ‘My Orders’ section.
Once claimed, you cannot return, cancel, or exchange your order.
5. For prepaid orders, the claim button will be instantly activated and will expire on the 10th day after product delivery.
6. For orders placed with the cash on delivery option, the claim button will be activated once the order is delivered. The claim button will remain active for a period of 10 days starting from the date of delivery.
7. To be eligible, answer a qualifying question correctly within the provided time. Incorrect answers or delays mean no cashback.
