  1. Customers need to place an order on EyeMyEye.com.
  2. Offer is valid on EyeMyEye Desktop, Msite & App.

  4. Minimum final payable value must be Rs.1500 & above for single product, after applying all other coupon/offers/discounts.

  6. Offer is applicable once per user, during the offer period.
  7. Customers can only start filling the form 14 days after the product delivery date. Customers who have filled the voucher claim form any time before eligibility started (14 days after product delivery date) will not be eligible to get the ‘cashback*’. Customer can fill the claim form only once.
  8. If the customer fails to fill the form within 3 days starting after 14 days of product delivery, he/ she will not be eligible for the ‘Cashback*’. Eg. Customer receives the product on 1st of July 2023, he/she must fill the form only between 16th July 2023 to 18th July 2023. Any time before or after the 3-day period will void the eligibility.
  9. ‘Cashback*’ will be provided after confirming the eligibility fulfilment by Eyemyeye team, within 5 to 7 business days of filling the form.
  10. ‘Cashback*’ can be in the form of
    1. Wallet or UPI (Paytm or Gpay). OR
    2. Bank transfer. OR
    3. Amazon gift card of the ‘cashback* value. OR
    4. Flipkart gift voucher of the ‘cashback*’ value.
  11. Assured minimum Rs 1500 ‘cashback*’, maximum up to. Rs. 2000.
  12.  The customer must share his or her valid e-mail ID, as the voucher will be shared on the email ID registered with EyeMyEye. If the e-mail ID entered by a customer while placing the order is not valid, the customer will not receive the voucher.
  13. All eligibility conditions and offer terms & conditions must be fulfilled correctly to get the ‘cashback*’.
  14. In case the user does not receive any cashback, he or she is either not eligible or has not followed the entire terms of the offer.
  15. EyeMyEye reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.
  16. In case of any dispute regarding the Cash Back EyeMyEye decision will be final.
  17. In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and EyeMyEye will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
