Up To 100% Paytm Cashback Offer T&Cs:

1. Shop on EyeMyEye & get up to 100% Paytm Cashback.
2. Cashback could be anything between Rs. 50 to Rs. 700.
3. Minimum order value is Rs.700.
4. Valid once (max) per user during the offer period.
5. The customer will receive a scratch card on Paytm App within 48 hours of completion of transaction on which the reward is eligible.
6. All scratch cards issued from this offer will expire after 7 days.
7. If a customer does not activate the scratch card on Paytm App within 7 days, he/she will not receive the cashback.
8. All users eligible for cashback will receive it after 25 days of activating the scratch card.
9. Offer is valid on EyeMyEye Desktop & Msite.
10. Mobile number needs to be verified to be eligible for cashback.
11. The offer is valid from 24th June 2021 (14:00 hours) to 09th August 2021 (13:30 hours).
12. The user has to preload money in Paytm wallet (add money in wallet) before proceeding with the transaction.
13. Cashback will be processed if payment is made using Paytm Wallet only (logged-in state). (User needs to keep the Wallet Option checked after logging in Paytm account while making payment to avail cashback).
14. Not valid on payments made via Paytm Postpaid.
15. Cashback will not be given if:
    -Paytm option is used under non logged-in state, and
    -Payment is made using credit card, debit card, net banking and UPI under non-logged in state.
16. If a user has not completed the KYC, or has breached the monthly wallet limits, instead of cashback the user will receive cashback in gift voucher.
17. Cashback is offered by Paytm.
18. In case the user does not receive any cashback, he or she is either not eligible or has not followed the entire terms of the offer.
19. In case the user receives Cashback where the terms & conditions of the offer have not been met, EyeMyEye reserves the right to recall such Cashback from user's account.
20. In case of full cancellation/return, refunded amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment. Cashback processed would be adjusted in the refund value. e.g. If Rs. 1000 is paid by the customer & cashback of Rs. 100 is already received - balance that would be paid to customer as refund would be Rs. 900 only.
21. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.
22. In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and EyeMyEye will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
23. Part-payments are not allowed in this offer. The user has to preload balance in Paytm wallet before proceeding with the transaction.
24. Paytm and EyeMyEye reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice.
