1. Get Flat Rs. 50 Cashback on min. order value of Rs. 750.
2. Valid on Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking payment option on checkout page.
   (Not valid on Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay options)
3. Cashback will be credited within 48 hours of successful transaction. (Actual time for credit of cashback into the source mode of payment would be dependent on the customer’s card/or bank).
4. User will get instant SMS with the details of the cashback amount.
5. Offer is valid once per user during the offer period.
6. Offer is valid on EyeMyEye Desktop, Msite & App (Android).
7. Offer valid till 28th March 2022 (23:59 hours).
8. Offer can be used together with existing promo codes or EMECash.
9. In case user receives Cashback where the terms & conditions of the offer have not been met, EyeMyEye reserves the right to recall such Cashback from user's account.
10. In case of full cancellation/return, refund amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment. Cashback processed would be adjusted in the refund value. e.g. If Rs. 750 is paid by the customer & cashback of Rs. 50 is already received - balance that would be paid to customer as refund would be Rs. 700 only.
11. No refund will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.
12. In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and EyeMyEye will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
13. EyeMyEye reserves its absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
14. No customer is allowed to place more than 4 orders in a span of 24 hours with his/her registered e-mail id/ phone number on EyeMyEye. Any/all such orders will be cancelled with no prior intimation to the customer.
15. This offer is not available to residents of the state of Tamil Nadu (as per Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979) and wherever else prohibited by Law. Residents of these states should not participate in this offer.
